Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service. We cannot be held liable for indirect damages, data loss, or business interruptions resulting from the use of the service.
Prices are indicated excluding taxes. Payments are due according to the contractual schedule. No refunds are granted for services already delivered and accepted by the client, unless otherwise provided by law.
Either party may terminate the agreement in case of a material breach by the other party, after a formal notice remains unaddressed for 30 days. Confidentiality and intellectual property clauses survive termination.
